Homemade Peach Vinaigrette Dressing

An easy-to-make vinaigrette bursting with sweet peach flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 whole peaches (split in half, pit discarded)

4 tablespoons Green Olive Company Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Brush the peach halves with Rosemary Olive Oil and grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool.
- Puree the peaches in a blender.
- In a bowl, add the peach puree, Peach White Balsamic Vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add the Olive Oil as you start whisking the ingredients together until they become emulsified.
- Serve with your favorite salad and enjoy!
