HOW DOES GREEN OLIVE COMPANY’S QUARTERLY CLUB WORK?

Our Quarterly Club is a recurring subscription service. Four times a year, we’ll send you the finest, freshest Extra Virgin Olive Oils of the season from around the world. Each shipment includes information about the quarterly selection of olive oils, so you can learn about the farmers, estates and regions that make our oils so special.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR GREEN OLIVE COMPANY’S QUARTERLY CLUB?

Signing up is easy and only takes a moment.

HOW DOES BILLING WORK?

Signing up for Green Olive Oil Company Quarterly Club means you’re opting into a membership that bills you every 3 months.  The date of your initial purchase will be your billing date every quarter. For example, if you purchase your subscription on July 10th, you will be billed Oct.10th, Jan.10th, and April 10th.  Your package will arrive within 7-10 days of your quarterly payment. 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY FIRST QUARTERLY CLUB SHIPMENT?

For new customers, we will process your order immediately. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your first shipment. Your subsequent orders will be billed every 3 months on the date of initial purchase, and you will receive your shipment 7-10 days after each quarterly payment.

I JUST JOINED, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED AGAIN?

Thanks for joining! Re-billing happens every 3 months from the date of your initial purchase.  For instance, if your first purchase is July 10, your next bill will be Oct. 10th.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY NEXT QUARTERLY SHIPMENT?

Quarterly shipments take place 3 months after your initial purchase.  Please allow 7-10 days from your bill date to receive your package.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY QUARTERLY SHIPMENT?

Please email us at info@greenoliveoilcompany.com and let us know if you’d like to cancel just the next quarterly shipment, or to close your account.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION, SUCH AS SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA OR OUTSIDE THE US?

We currently only ship within the US and its territories.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO OR FPO BOXES?

Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO boxes.

WHICH PARCEL SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR QUARTERLY SHIPMENTS?

We use UPS as our parcel service for quarterly shipments.

WHAT IF MY SHIPMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take great care to package your olive oils so they arrive in perfect condition. Should something get damaged in transit, please email us at info@greenoliveoilcompany.com so we can assist.

ARE GREEN OLIVE COMPANY OILS AND VINEGARS VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN?

All of our oils are 100% vegan, and all of our vinegars are 100% vegetarian.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCT STANDARDS?

We strive to offer you the best vinegars and freshest olive oils from around the world. None of our products include artificial colors, flavorings, sweeteners or preservatives. We’re also 100% vegetarian.
