- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (the "kick"!)
3/4 cup Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
3 tablespoons Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger, and cayenne pepper. In a large bowl, whisk Blood Orange Infused Olive Oil and sugar until combined. Add egg, Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar, and orange zest - whisk until smooth. Stir in the dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chopped cranberries.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the cayenne-sugar mixture. Place on baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
