White Truffle Speciality Extra Virgin Olive Oil

This is the best most used item in my kitchen! If you haven't had it the best way I can describe the taste is garlic with a hint of mushroom. I put it in soups, marinades for meat, dressing. Last week I made the most delicious cucumber tomatoes salad using the truffle oil in place of the olive oil. A few days ago I added it to a southern style black-eyed peas receipe. It's always in my Chili and anything else I make in the crockpot. I prefer the White over the Black as the White Truffle Oil seems to be stronger which works for me, but if some may prefer the Black if they want less of a kick. I will use 1 tsp - 1 tbs in place of any receipe the call for any oil product.

I put a splash of this in my mashed potatoes and top with chives to add a delicious, sophisticated touch to an every day dish. This gets rave reviews every time. A must have for my pantry.

I sent the White Truffle Oil to a friend as a gift. I had never tried it but she raved about it, so I had to get a bottle for myself. Needless to say, it was love at first drizzle. Not only have I used it on pizza but it's lovely on baked white and sweet potatoes. Delicious!
