- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 apple, chopped
- Squeeze from 1/2 lemon
