Homemade Peach Vinaigrette Dressing

 Ingredients:

• 2 whole peaches (split in half, pit discarded)
• 1/2 cup Green Olive Company - Rosemary Fused Olive Oil 
• 4 tablespoons Green Olive Company Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Pinch of salt and pepper
