Cranberry Pear Mimosa

A refreshing, cheerful twist to a favorite brunch libation and perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.

Ingredients
- 12 ounces Codorniu Cuvee Classico Cava, or dry sparkling wine of choice
- 2 ounces orange juice
- Fresh orange slices, frozen berries, fresh strawberries, or edible flowers to garnish
Directions
- Thoroughly chill sparkling wine, orange juice, and glasses prior to serving.
- Rim two stemless wine glasses or champagne flutes with superfine or sparkling sugar if desired, moistening the rim lightly with the balsamic vinegar to adhere.
- Add chilled juice to the glass, followed by Green Olive Company Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar and top off with sparkling wine.
- Garnish glass with fruit or flowers and serve immediately. Cheers!
