Cranberry Pear Mimosa

 

A refreshing, cheerful twist to a favorite brunch libation and perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.

Ingredients:


  • 12 ounces Codorniu Cuvee Classico Cava, or dry sparkling wine of choice
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Fresh orange slices, frozen berries, fresh strawberries, or edible flowers to garnish


  • Instructions:


    1. Thoroughly chill sparkling wine, orange juice, and glasses prior to serving.

    2. Rim two stemless wine glasses or champagne flutes with superfine or sparkling sugar if desired, moistening the rim lightly with the balsamic vinegar to adhere.

    3. Add chilled juice to the glass, followed by Green Olive Company Cranberry-Pear White Balsamic Vinegar and top off with sparkling wine.

    4. Garnish glass with fruit or flowers and serve immediately. Cheers!
