Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Completely customizable using your favorite olive oil and vinegar flavors!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Green Olive Company Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 3-4 Tbsp Green Olive Company Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Green Olive Company Infused Olive Oil *of your choice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Optional: Squeeze of fresh lemon juice!
Directions
- Prepare your Classic Vinaigrette Dressing by combining all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk, or add them to a glass container with a tight lid and shake vigorously to emulsify.
